Checking Availability of other People

 

You can check availability of other people. This enables you to immediately see who is available for communication exchange (chats or collaboration meetings).

  1. To see if a given person is available for communication exchange, in the Community dialog box, scan the content of your groups.
    If the person has availability status , then that person is available.
    If the person has availability status or , then that person is not available.
    If the person is not in any of your groups, then add that person to one of your personal groups to see their availability status (see Adding Users to a Group).
